Her role includes the delivery of our corporate business strategy at the heart of which is our customer care policy in treating existing and potential clients to the high standards of service which we would expect to receive. She firmly believes in building and maintaining high quality partnerships with all our clients regardless of size. She makes a point of visiting them all so that when she phone's them she can visualise exactly which building or field they are in as some have so many spread over many acres! As a technophobe she has ensured that AniLog® has been built so that she can understand it as she recognised that the majority of end users would be in the same position as her. From the outset, this approach has been key in demonstrations to boards of trustees and also on training day when she makes sure that delegates are welcomed and put at ease. She is our Top Dog!
Neilson Kite, Director of Commercial Development
Has spent 25-years in the IT industry in marketing and senior management roles, latterly in the provision of systems and services for charities. Since the late Eighties he has worked with several of the UK's largest charities, run user groups and managed client relations. He is a frequent conference speaker on business management issues and worked for the United Nations' International Trade Centre on e-trade development projects for emerging and transition economies.
His role within Innov8ive Software® is to ensure that commercial negotiations result in tangible and mutually acceptable benefits for all the parties to a contractual arrangement. He is also the author of books on NLP and Emotional Intelligence - and in both cases - how they apply in an organisational context!
George Sherratt, Technical Director
George has over 20 years solid in-depth knowledge and amassed a significant track record in delivering market leading software solutions using modern, agile methods combined with the latest Microsoft technologies. His background includes electronic design automation software, access control system software (clients included the Pentagon), the energy sector and financial services.
He leads a team of specialist Technical Consultants whose meticulous attention for detail, combined with their ability to deliver incomparable state of the art software systems cost effectively and on time, is key to the success of each project.
