Our client customer care approach at Innov8ive Software® is simple:
We treat all our clients in the manner to which we ourselves, either as individuals or as a company, would expect to be treated - business grows on recommendation and we take great pride in going that extra mile to make sure our clients are happy and that we exceed their expectations. It's not just the little touches such as supplying lovely chocolatey pastries during training that make a difference (although our clients say they are always very welcome!) but the fact that we are willing to adapt to meet your requirements.
Animal Charities operate 7 days a week - in recognising this fact we recently arrived at one animal charity on a Saturday morning to deliver their AniLog® training. They were taking advantage of volunteer staff being able to look after the normal Saturday routine whilst they could concentrate fully on the one day course and more importantly without interruption. We also always welcome clients to our offices in Cheltenham for meetings and training.
Having seen a clear gap in the NFP market for a state of the art animal mangement software solution that was web based, existing clients will confirm we genuinely have a passion and belief in AniLog® and that is clearly reflected in our growing client list who now include large multi site animal welfare charities.
